MBA from Harvard and a doctorate from Brigham Young University. Adjunt Professor at the Mariott School of Managment, BYU. Author of several books and numerous articles on leadership, pesonal effectiveness, family and interpersonal relationships. He is married to Sandra Merrill Covey, and they are the parents of nine children.
